Shipment processing times

All confirmed pre-paid orders are processed within 2-3 business days and thereafter shipped.

In case, we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. However, our team makes continues endeavor to keep you posted by mail/whats app/phone. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for confirmed pre-paid orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout incase applicable.

Shipping Method

Shipment cost: Shall be on to pay basis until & unless indicated free of cost at the time of placing of the order.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days depending on the city, state and location.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders within Delhi NCR, until the shipping company specifies.
Please note delivery delays may occur occasionally.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment booking confirmation along with the docket tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and the terms and policies of the shipping partner will govern.

GST, Customs, Duties and Taxes

HOMEMAKER’S FLAVOUR shall book & ship GST paid goods to you. However, HOMEMAKER’S FLAVOUR shall not be responsible for any customs, octroi or any other taxes applied to the order.

Damages

HOMEMAKER’S FLAVOUR shall not liable for any products damaged/bursting or lost during shipping. In case of any damages, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
