Order Cancellation And Refund Policy
Cancellations by Customer :
In case of request received for cancellation of order/s from the customers end, HOMEMAKER’S FLAVOUR reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. In order to place/send the request for cancellation of order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time of placing the order. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 12-14 working days.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
Returns/ Exchange Eligibility
1. We categorize return/ exchange eligibility of our products as follows:
- 2. Receipt of different product than ordered
- 3. Expired Product
- 4. Receipt of damaged or leaky container
In all the above cases, our customer is eligible for returns or exchanges. However, return or exchange or refund of product other than the above mentioned reasons shall not be eligible.
- 1. Please send us the request within 24 hrs of the receipt of delivery as indicated by the shipper.
- 2. Only regular priced items may be refunded, products/ items sold on discounted/under the scheme shall not be eligible for refund.
- 3. To be eligible for a return / exchange / free receipt, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In case of leaky / damaged container, a video of the sealed product/container needs to be shared accompanied with a copy of receipt or proof of purchase on homemakersflavour@gmail.com.
- 4. Replacement/Refund/ Exchange shall only be initiated after due approval of HOMEMAKER’S FLAVOUR management and may take up to 12-14 working days.
